PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an organic compound that has excellent hole transporting capability and electron transporting capability, excellent durability to electrical oxidation-reduction and a high triplet excitation level, a charge transport material and an organic electroluminescent element that uses the organic compound and has high luminous efficiency and high driving stability.
