PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cosmetic excellent in ameliorating effect to wrinkles appearing from photo-aging. SOLUTION: The ameliorant for wrinkles and the skin cosmetic comprise Friedelin as an active component. The skin cosmetic can be used as a pharmaceutical, a quasi drug, a bathing-agent, etc., and in dosage form can be used as lotions, emulsions, creams, packs, etc., and useful as skin care cosmetics.
