PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an illegal behavior of operating a lottery table selection button for changing a lottery table. SOLUTION: A CPU discriminates whether an information signal is to be inputted to a voice control means according to an elapsed time measured by a timer, and inputs the information signal according to the elapsed time when the elapsed time (t) is≤5 min. According to the information signal inputted from the CPU, the voice controller makes a speaker output first information voice for 10 sec when the elapsed time (t) is 4 min<t≤5 min, and makes the speaker output second information voice for 20 sec when the elapsed time (t) is 2.5 min<t≤4 min. When the elapsed time (t) measured by the timer is t≤2.5 min, the voice controller makes the speaker output third information voice for 30 sec.
