PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball feeder 10 capable of stably feeding a ball even when a rotary disc 30 is rotated at relatively high speed. SOLUTION: The rotary disc 30 is provided with a ratchet part 31 and a disc part 32. The ratchet part 31 is provided with a plurality of ball feeding cams 34. Each space between ball feeding cams 34 composes a ball retaining part 35. A through hole 36 is provided above the ball retaining part 35. A circular recess 21 and a discharge groove 22 are provided on the top of a base 20. The rachet part 31 is housed in the recess 21. A part surrounded by the outer periphery of the ratchet part 31, the bottom of the disc part 32 and the bottom and the side face of the recess 21 composes a ball passage 50. An introduction pin 26 is provided in a specified position of the recess 21 for separating the ball from the passage 50 to introduce it into the groove 22. A pin passing groove 40 through which the introduction pin 26 can pass but the ball cannot pass is provided on the lower surface of each cam 34. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
