PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by dispensing with separatedly forming a blade for a knife by making it possible to use one of blades used as scissors as the knife. SOLUTION: A pair of turnable pieces 1, 2 are pivotably secured by a pivoting axis 3 in a state where they are overlapped each other, one end portions of the turnable pieces 1, 2 are formed as blade portions 1a, 2a and the other end portions of the same are formed as handle portions 1b, 2b, each of turnable sections 1, 2 is formed so as to be able to open and close from the closed posture where they are overlapped each other to the opened posture via the pivoting axis 3, a pair of substantial scissors are constituted by forming the blade 1c, 2c in the fringe portions of the blade portions 1a, 2a which become sides opposing each other when each of the turnable pieces is in the opened posture, and a cutting out portion 2d where a part of the turnable piece 2 is cut out is formed in one of the turnable piece 2 such that the blade 1c of the other one of the turnable piece 1 is exposed to be able to be used as the knife when each of the turnable pieces 1, 2 is in the closed posture where they are overlapped.
