The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition, which comprises 7-[2-(3,5-dichloro-4-pyridyl)-1-oxoethyl]-4-methoxy-spiro[1,3-benzodioxol-2,1'-cyclopentane] or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a steroid agent; an agent for treating and/or preventing a pulmonary disease; the agent which comprises 7-[2-(3,5-dichloro-4-pyridyl)-1-oxoethyl]-4-methoxy-spiro[1,3-benzodioxol-2,1'-cyclopentane] or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a steroid agent which are simultaneously or separately with an interval and the like.
