A water circulating system for fuel cells comprises a condenser (20) connected to the cells (30) for water reuse comprising a water collection tank (12), valve (13) and pump (14) and a fuel container (15) connected to a second valve (16) with the pump feeding a fuel/water mixture container (40) and a second pump (50) sending the mixture to the cells. The fuel and water in the mixture container is measured and a micro-controller (60) controls the pumps and valves on the basis of this measurement.
