<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens insertion tool 1 capable of folding a lens 2, pressing it by a plunger 4, discharging it into the eye and taking out the folded lens 2 by a forceps 15. <P>SOLUTION: The intraocular lens insertion tool 1 is for inserting the foldable intraocular lens 2 into the eye, and is equipped with a cylindrical body 3 for passing the intraocular lens 2 and guiding it into the eye, and the plunger 4 for pressing the intraocular lens 2 and discharging it into the eye. The intraocular lens 2 is folded by a folding member 8 disposed in a lens installation part 5.
