<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for realizing writing of in-card information such as account, without collecting an already issued card, in coordination with a server which manages account information, such as user ID or password. <P>SOLUTION: In this card information change system for changing the information of card via a network, an authentication server 2 acquires information from a change information file 100, in which change contents by a manager are stored and a card issue information file 200 in which the already issued information is stored, and generates an application permission file 300 for change permission, by checking change contents from the acquisition information from two files; and a user terminal 4 acquires change information from the application permission file 300 at the logging in the authentication server 2 by using a card 6 to rewrite the card information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
