<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of providing stable output in a short time and to provide a vehicle loading the fuel cell system. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system 10 sets a current value i1 which is the initial value as a target output value immediately after the system starts operation, controls the whole system so as to output the target output value, and if an output abnormal cell (a cell in a flooding state) is not present in a fuel cell 40 constituting the fuel cell stack 30, the current value i1 is set as an output limiting value. After that, a value near to the maximum output value (a current value i4 here) of the fuel cell stack 30 than the current value i1 or the maximum output value itself is set as a new target output value, and if the output abnormal cell is not present in the fuel cell 40 constituting the fuel cell stack 30, the target output value is set as a output limiting value. Since after the output limit in some stage is released, output limit in the next stage is applied, when the output limit in the whole stages is released in the end, the output is easily stabilized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
