<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified keyboard and pointing device capable of being easily operated by a person capable of operating a cellphone even if the person is inexperienced in operation of a pointing device or a keyboard of a personal computer. <P>SOLUTION: By switching a function switch 5, numeral input, alphabet input, and hiragana input are possible by an input button 2 of an input button operation part 3. An operation method at that time is similar to key operation of the cellphone. A right click is operated by giving a push to a switch 6 for the right click by a forefinger, and thereafter taking off the forefinger, when grasping a simplified input device 10 by a right hand. A left click is operated by giving a push to a switch 7 for the left click by a middle finger, and thereafter taking off the middle finger. Drag and drop operation can be performed by keeping on pushing a movement key 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e of a required movement direction while pushing the switch 6 for the right click or the switch 7 for the left click. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
