<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air treatment device with an air outlet opening/closing mechanism formed into a smaller size and designed to easily develop a sense of unity with an interior when flattening a front panel of a casing. <P>SOLUTION: The air treatment device comprises the front panel (8) having an air inlet (6) for sucking air into the casing (5) and the air outlet (7) for blowing air treated in the casing (5) and the air outlet opening/closing mechanism (40) for opening and closing the air outlet (7). The air outlet opening/closing mechanism (40) has an air outlet cover sheet (41) for covering the air outlet (7) along the front panel (8) during stopping the operation and a take-up mechanism (42) for taking up the cover sheet (41) to open the air outlet (7) during operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
