<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize the whole of the luminance of respective current generation elements by equalizing current to be supplied to a plurality of current generation elements such as LEDs. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of current driving circuits for making current flow to a current generation element are provided in parallel. Each current driving circuit has a differential amplifier circuit for making a drain-source voltage (Vds) of one transistor element for passing reference current mirrored from current IREF flowing through a constant current generation circuit through coincident with the drain-source voltage (Vds) of the other transistor element for passing the reference current through with an optional ratio. Thus, equal current can be mirrored to the plurality of MOS transistors to equalize the whole of the luminance of the respective current generation element of each current driving circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
