<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove an influence caused by inter-carrier interference (ICI) which occurs when tone-interleaving and transmitting a training stream in OFDM-MIMO communication. <P>SOLUTION: The communication quality of each of streams is measured from a gain, an SN value or an inherent value between transmission streams obtained from channel information among a plurality of antennas. If a difference of the communication quality between the streams exceeds a threshold, a power ratio of the transmission streams is determined to reduce the influence of ICI that occurs between training signals of the transmission streams, and a training stream is multiplied by the power ratio and transmitted. At a receiving side, a channel matrix is determined from the received training stream without being conscious of the power ratio multiplying the training stream. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
