PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hot bath facilities having novel construction to be efficiently managed while keeping a temperature change near a doorway as gentle as possible. SOLUTION: In the hot bath facilities, exclusive air screen rooms 2, 2 for man and woman dressing rooms 12, 13 are made to communicate with an enclosed bathroom 1, a cooling port air screen room 2 made to communicate with a cooling area 14 is arranged in opposition to the enclosed bathroom 1, and floor heating pipes 4, 41 are arranged in the enclosed bathroom 1. Part of the floor heating pipe 4 is bypassed and circulated in each of the air screen rooms 2, 2, 2. It is covered with a protecting concrete layer 43 and formed with a natural stone-mixed concrete layer 5 for generating growing wave energy.
