PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor report system in which the notification address of the user of an information share place, etc. is permuted by considering privacy as the information is distributed only to the user who wants to share notification information, such as an alarm and a report, etc., and each user itself does not need for those maintenances. SOLUTION: A housing synthesis board 21 and a pin center server 2 of the monitoring system in a house are connected by a communication line, etc. In the pin center large server 2, customer information is recorded on a customer information records department 5. In the inside of the customer information, the notification information issued from the housing synthesis board 21 is registered not only to the user of the house but also to other users who share this notification information as a share group. Since the notification information is distributed not only to the user of the house but to the user registered into the above share group, it can cooperate in the neighborhood and disaster and criminal damage can be prevented to the minimum.
