PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide operation forgetfulness notification equipment for properly notifying forgetfulness of operation to a vehicle user, due to the fact that predetermined on-vehicle equipment is maintained in a predetermined status, to the extent that the vehicle user is released from receiving troublesomeness. SOLUTION: The change of the relative position of a vehicle and a vehicle user since on-vehicle equipment is put into an unsuitable status during vehicle parking, until the status is continued in a predetermined time is detected. After the status has been continued at a predetermined time, a portable terminal, owned by the vehicle user, is notified that the on-vehicle equipment is in a neglected status, only when the change shows that the vehicle and the vehicle user are getting farther away from each other.
