PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insole used for footwear, which improves the posture of the Achilles' tendon to correct the posture of the triangular arch of the foot into its original posture, promotes the blood circulation of the foot by walking, and improves the health. SOLUTION: A flat protruding portion 17 having a hexagonal shape in plane view is bonded on the back side of a calcaneal bone-supporting portion 11a of the insole 11. The flat protruding portion has a diagonal line L having a length of 20 mm and a thickness of e.g. 1.5 mm in a state where the thickness is compressed by the weight of a human body. The flat protruding portion 17 stimulates the tibial nerve and the medial sural cutaneous nerve on the back side of the protrusion of the calcaneal bone, so that various nerves and muscles of the leg and foot are activated, blood vessels of the leg and foot are stimulated, and blood circulation is improved. Thus, the various muscles of the leg and foot are restored, the Achilles' tendon recovers from its inclined state, the triangular arch of the foot is restored, valgus foot or club foot is corrected, walking is normalized, and the circulation (pumping action) of the blood is normalized.
