The unit has horizontally and vertically running cross bars (2a, 2b, 3a, 3b) connected with longitudinal bars (1a, 1b) lying at the shell of bottles. The bars are connected to a cage-like structure. The bars (2a) of the upper sides and the bars (3a) of a longitudinal side are arranged relative to the opposite bars (2b) of the lower side and the bars (3b) of the opposite longitudinal side in a shifted manner, respectively. An independent claim is also included for utilization of a set of packaging units for module form set up of bottles rack.
