<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the number of objects capable of updating the state, such as a location and a posture periodically without highlighting decreasing of smoothness of displayed images even when a viewpoint location and a line of view change at any time in a virtual three-dimensional space. <P>SOLUTION: This image processing device that creates and displays the images displaying an aspect of the virtual three-dimensional space wherein a view point and a plurality of objects to be displayed are arranged from the view point includes an object selection part 66 which calculates each display size of the plurality of objects to be displayed in the displayed images and selects some of the plurality of objects to be displayed on the basis of the calculated display size of the plurality of objects to be displayed, and a state updating part 68 which updates each state in the virtual three-dimensional space of the object selected by the object selection part 66 with a different time interval from each state in the virtual three-dimensional space of the other objects. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
