PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump type hot water supply device easy to develop into heating operation while maintaining the efficiency of a heat pump unit and avoiding enlargement of the heat pump unit. SOLUTION: The heat pump type hot water supply device with a tank unit B uses a circulation pump 14 for circulating hot water via a hot water feeding pipe 31 and a hot water return pipe 34 between the heat pump unit A and a hot water storage tank 10. A relay hot water feeding pipe 30 is connected to the way of the hot water feeding pipe 31 via a joint 32, a relay hot water return pipe 33 is connected to the way of the hot water return pipe 34 via a joint 35, and a heat source circulation pipe 36 is connected between the relay hot water going pipe and the hot water return pipe. A hot water heat exchanger 37 and a hot water circulation pump 38 are provided on the way of the heat source circulation pipe 36. A heating circuit 40 is provided with the hot water heat exchanger 37 and a heating circulating pump 44 on the way and connected to a heating means.
