<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leak of management information for fixed property, in management of fixed property including laid conduits or valves and stopcocks, while facilitating the management of the fixed property. <P>SOLUTION: Fixed property information for fixed property acquired or removed is acquired on the basis of record drawings/bill of quantities 12 performed by a design estimating CAD device 2 performing design estimating for plumbing or a conduit management device 5 with a piping database 4 for keeping and managing laid conduits. The fixed property information is shared by the design estimating CAD device 2 or the conduit management device 5, and a fixed property management device 8 which forms an account such as a depreciation form for fixed property.
