<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger enhanced in durability of a fin joining part and a fin themselves and strength thereof after corrosion. <P>SOLUTION: In a heat exchanger in which a fin material comprising a three-layer clad material constituted of a core material composed of an aluminum alloy containing 0.5 to 1.8% by weight of Mn and 0.5 to 3.0% by weight of Zn, and Al-Si alloy brazing materials provided on both sides of the core material and containing 6.5 to 13.0% by weight of Si and 0.15 to 0.60% by weight of Cu is brazed with an aluminum alloy tube having a Zn enriched surface, an average length of recrystallized grains of the core material is 100 to 1,000μm in the longitudinal cross section of the fin, and an average number of the recrystallized grains is 4 or less in the core material layered along a thickness direction of the longitudinal cross section of the fin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
