PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shrinkable film label which is thermally shrinkable by eliminating the need for a stage of molding the heat-shrinkage film label in a cylindrical shape although the stage is necessary before, and molding the heat shrinkable film label in the cylindrical shape right before the shrinkable film label is put on a bottle. SOLUTION: A heat-shrinkable film after being printed is coated with an adhesive paste, wound around a bottle or cylindrically put on a molding bottle, and then shrunk. Both ends or one end of a label may be coated with the adhesive paste and the surface may be treated for release. When heat-sensitive paste which is activated with a hot blast is used in combination, the label is reinforced in terms of strength and the need for treating the surface for release is eliminated.
