PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit in which the number of high pressure-resistant diodes and high speed large current diodes. SOLUTION: The drive circuit is provided which has: a 1st signal line (OUTA) which can be connected to a capacitive load; a 2nd signal line (OUTB) which can be connected to the capacitive load; a 1st switch (SW1) which is connected between the 1st signal line and a 1st potential; a 2nd switch (SW21) which is connected between the 1st signal line and a 2nd potential; a capacitor (C1) which is connected between the 1st and 2nd signal lines; a 3rd switch (SW31) which is connected between the 2nd signal line and 2nd potential; and coil circuits (A, B) which are connected between at least one of the 1st and 2nd signal lines and the 2nd potential. At least one of the 2nd switch and 3rd switch has series-connection constitution of a plurality of n-channel field-effect transistors. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
