PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro detecting coil form for NMR spectral method including micro porous carrier material, having a first surface and a second surface positioned opposite to each other, a manufacturing method for the detecting coil form, and the use of the detecting coil form in NMR total analysis system for performing NMR spectrum analysis for liquid-phase compound. SOLUTION: A plurality of separate holes with a diameter, ranging from 500 nm to 100μm, are dispersed and arranged in at least one surface area of the microtized detection coil form. These holes penetrate the carrier material and extends from a first surface to a second surface. A high-frequency small coil is embedded in the macroporous carrier material.
