PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precast concrete plate continuously prestressed over the whole concrete plate. SOLUTION: The precast concrete plate 1 is formed with a stepped part 2 at an intermediate part in the length direction of the concrete plate and provided with tendons 5 embedded at suitable spaces along the length direction in one concrete plate 3 and the other concrete plate 4 of different height formed on both sides of the stepped part 2 serving as a boundary. The tendons 5 are connected by connecting plates 6 at the stepped part 2, and predetermined prestress is applied by the tendons 7 integrally connected by the connecting plates 6.
