PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a landing impact absorber capable of effectively absorbing an impact to be applied to a rotor craft when landing, and capable of remarkably reducing an impact load to be applied to passengers. SOLUTION: This landing impact absorber for a rotor craft 1 is provided with floor boards 10 structured so that a part 11 under a seat can be separated, sheer pins 20 for connecting the part 11 under the seat to other parts 12 of the floor boards 10 and, on the other hand, to be broken when the predetermined landing impact load is applied so as to separate and lower the part 11 under the seat, and an impact absorbing means 30 structured by laminating a plurality of honeycomb (a first honeycomb 31 to a third honeycomb 33) having a different rigidity in the vertical direction through an intermediate plate 34.
