摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of catalyst particles for manufacturing a nanocarbon material capable of continuously and efficiently performing the mass production of the single-layer nanocarbon material of high purity, catalyst particles for manufacturing the nanocarbon material and a manufacturing system of the nanocarbon material. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the catalyst particles for manufacturing the nanocarbon material includes a molding process for obtaining a primary particle molded product 13 by press-molding a primary particle carrier 11 by a press, for example, a pressing machine 12 or the like, a sintering process for sintering the primary particle molded product 13, a first grinding/particle adjusting process for grinding a primary particle sintered body 14 after sintering and adjusting the ground particle to obtain a secondary particle carrier 15, a catalyst supporting process for immersing the secondary particle carrier 15 adjusted in particle size in the catalyst solution 17 in a solution tank 16 to support a catalyst on the secondary particle carrier 15, a drying process for drying the catalyst particles having the catalyst supported thereon and a second grinding/particle adjusting process for grinding the dried catalyst particle dried body 18 and adjusting the particle size of the ground one to obtain the catalyst particles 19 for manufacturing the nanocarbon material.
