<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging apparatus with a simple structure capable of easily adjusting the focus. <P>SOLUTION: In the solid-state imaging apparatus (1A) including: a lens (2); an imaging element (6); a first holder (4) for supporting the lens and at a part of the outer circumference of which a male screw (10) is provided; and a second holder (3) in the inner circumference of which a female screw corresponding to the male screw of the first holder is provided, a projection (9A) is provided on a part of the outer circumference of the first holder not provided with the male screw.
