PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system which can be reduced in size and is equipped with a new type of driving means effective to reducing noise during operation of an apparatus. SOLUTION: The liquid cooling system of an electronic apparatus which includes a heating element in a housing comprises a heat receiving jacket 100 which transmits the heat generated from the heating element to a liquid cooling medium inside the jacket and gasifies it; a radiator 200 which introduces the gasified liquid cooling medium supplied from the heat receiving jacket into the inside and cools and liquefies it; and a liquid driving device 300 which regulates the circulation direction of the liquid cooling medium inside in one direction, and provides a driving force to circulate the liquid cooling medium by repeatedly heating and cooling part of the liquefied liquid cooling medium supplied from the radiator. That means, the liquid cooling medium is circulated in a circulation loop including the heat receiving jacket, the radiator, and the liquid driving device by means of a thermosyphon.
