PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle device for a motorcycle capable of securing the installability and the communication performance. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle device for the motorcycle is composed of a device body and an antenna having a belt form, and the antenna being in belt form allows the device body to be attached to various motorcycle models. An antenna element having its directionality in the vertical direction to the belt surface allows the directionality to spread radially, and even if the motorcycle following a curve tilts, the directionality is free of changing large. The directionality of electric waves in the direction vertical to the running direction is well secured particularly by winding the belt-form antenna around in the rotating direction whose axis is identical to the running direction of the motorcycle, and even if the motorcycle tilts to follow a curve, it is possible to maintain communications with the mating party's antenna installed at the road side.
