<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving attitude controlling device and a method thereof capable of reducing the influence of changing the driver's attitude during driving upon the pedal operation while driving comfort is well secured. <P>SOLUTION: The driving attitude controlling device 1 works when the seat condition is changed, decides the motion mode to show how the operating pedal is to be changed on the basis of the contents of the change, and changes the condition of the operating pedal in accordance with the motion mode. The device 1 also decides the moving amount of the operating pedal in accordance with the seat moving amount and the physique of the driver.
