PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system control device for inducing a feeling temperature by stimulating the visual sense of a user. SOLUTION: In the control device, a room temperature 1 is sectioned with a temporary threshold value Th or a reference threshold value (a spring/autumn threshold value pattern) and the emission color of an emission display part of a control panel is temporarily determined 2 in each section. An outside air temperature 3 is discriminated (sectioned) with a second threshold value STh to determine 4 the pattern of the threshold value Th to be changed 5. When the threshold value Th is changed, the emission color is changed at a temperature corresponding to the change and determined 6. For example, the emission color of the emission display part is changed from red into white in the summer pattern at 32°C while the emission color is changed from red into white at 26°C in the spring/autumn pattern.
