PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize accurate radio communication with simplified structure between adjacent radio transmitting side and radio receiving side. SOLUTION: The radio communication terminal comprises radio transmitting units 21 to 23 for transmitting by radio the transmitting data mixing a real transmitting data and a preamble formed of a pseudo noise signal of the predetermined pattern; radio receiving units 37 to 40, 35, and 36 including a phase adjusting and control unit for adjusting phase of the receiving local oscillating output, based on the pseudo noise signal of the preamble by receiving the transmitting data transmitted from the radio transmitting unit near the radio transmitting units; and wired communication units 21a, LP, and 36a for transmitting by wire, to the radio receiving units, the transmission timing of the preamble in the transmitting data transmitted from the radio transmitting units.
