PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator having an adequate storage environment in accordance with types of stored foods while improving the user-friendliness of each storage chamber. SOLUTION: One of right and left sections of a refrigerator body 30 sectioned over its almost total vertical height is constituted of three storage chambers 33, 34 and 35 which have drawer doors 33a, 34a and 35a, respectively. An ice making chamber 33 is arranged near the center of the refrigerator body 30. Therefore, stored materials can be stored in adequate sections as intended and ice can be taken out of the ice making chamber 33 having a high frequency of use in an easy attitude to offer user-friendliness.
