PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition that exhibits excellent flame retardancy without using a conventional flame-retardant containing a halogen or phosphorus and is excellent in flowability and workability during granulation processing. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of the total of 90-99.5 wt% of a polycarbonate resin (A) and 0.5-10 wt% of a terpene resin (B) and, incorporated therewith, 0.01-2 pts.wt. of an organic metal salt compound (C), 0.2-1.0 pt.wt. of an amide compound (D), 0.05-5 pts.wt. of a fiber-forming fluoropolymer (E), 0-0.6 pt.wt. of an organic acid (F) and 0-50 pts.wt. of an inorganic filler (G).
