PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cosmetic having a moisture-holding property, preventing skin roughness to provide a beautiful skin and also hardly floating oil, a cosmetic raw material for obtaining such skin cosmetic and a method for producing the raw material. SOLUTION: This raw material for the skin cosmetic is prepared by blending 10-15 pts.mass brown sugar fungus based on 100 pts.mass prepared aqueous solution of brown sugar and fermenting for 12 to 72 hr. The obtained aqueous solution is filtered and as the filtrate, the brown sugar fungal water is obtained. The skin cosmetic is obtained by blending it so as to become 1-7 mass% based on the total weight of the cosmetic. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
