PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shearing blade for a shearing machine, which can reduce cracks occurring at a cut face when secondary machining such as component forming is executed to a sheared plate, and also makes it possible to utilize both plates after being cut separated as a product, and to provide a shearing method and a shearing machine. SOLUTION: The shearing blade that reduces the cutting face cracks is provided with a planar protrusion coming in contact with a plate to be machined on the front end side of a cutting edge and a main shearing blade at a position retreated from the protrusion in the vertical direction on the rear end side of the cutting edge in the shearing blade for a plate. An angle formed by the tangential line, which is drawn from the tip of the main shearing blade to the tip of the protrusion, and the horizontal direction is set to 10-70 degrees on the vertical cross-section in the plate transfer direction of the shearing blade.
