PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel link type table and a tomographic image photographic device which do not involve the longitudinal transfer of a subject position when they rise and fall and store a position correction link in an anteroposterior parallel link. SOLUTION: An upper structure 320 is placed on a base plate 310 which is connected by a pedestal 300 and parallel links 340 and 341. A middle point between a first bracket 530 of this upper structure 320 and the parallel link 340 is connected by a second position correction link 510 of half the length of the parallel link 340 using rotating joining portions 520 and 521. When the base plate 310 rises and falls from the pedestal 300, the upper structure 320 does not move in the horizontal direction and moves only in the vertical direction. A top panel 330 on the upper structure 320, consequently a subject placed on the top panel 330 can rise and fall in the vertical direction without moving in the horizontal direction.
