PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the attaching and detaching operations of an elastic tube in a tube pump. SOLUTION: This tube pump is provided with a plurality of sets of rollers and guide rollers housed in a housing for drawing the elastic tube for a transfusion operation, which are respectively held by an arm freely rollable on the spindle of a base, and at least one set of the roller and the guide roller is constituted so as to be deviated to a rotor rotation center by a cam mechanism in slidable contact with the arm.
