PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technoline ensuring a fish to be caught with slight concern for breaking the fishline due to a fish rage as the fish runs apparently dead as a result of injecting the fishline with rectangular wave at a point when the fish bites at a bait. SOLUTION: The technoline is such that fine metallic wires are stranded into a fishline and electrically insulated from seawater through electrical insulation outer coats. When a large fish is to be caught, a switch is actuated by making use of the fish's tugging force to inject the fishline with electric current, resulting in bringing the fish to a condition of death from shock; thus, even such a large fish can be easily tugged without breaking the fishline. Since electrical conductance is high owing to seawater, successful fishing is accomplished enough even at relatively low voltage, and as a capacitor is used, there is no fear about electric source battery capacity at all.
