PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit apparatus which connect a transistor having a different pin location without changing the layout structure of a power conversion part by performing a connection transformation even if the pin layout of the transistor is changed. SOLUTION: The circuit apparatus 5 is provided with: at least a driving signal formation part 1; the power conversion part 3 which has at least one or more voltage control transistors 2 driven by the above driving signal formation part 1; and a connection conversion means 4 which performs the transformation of the connection between terminals between the connections between the above driving signal formation part 1 and the above power conversion part 3. Even when the pin layout is changed with the change of the manufacturers of the transistor 2 for use, of the capacitance, etc., the transistor is connection used without changing the layout constitution of the power conversion part 3.
