The end winding (1) contains a number of elongated cylindrical drums having same diameter and a pressure drum is pressed on the winding drums under intermediate layer of the material web. The winding drums (5): run parallel and lie on surface lines of a memorated straight line circular cylinder; propelable to the rotation around its cylinder axle for agreeing peripheral speed; are arranged in constant mutual angle interval in reference to the circumference surface of the cylinder; propelled by a chain drive, gear and belt drive; and exhibits a circulating profile (23, 24). The supply of the couple profile strip is equipped with a heating station. The mechanism comprises an adhesive station, a welding station, a sewing unit, a couple station and a pressing force exercising pusher on the clips structure of the couple profile. The pusher consists of a pair of parallel pressure rollers and the couple profile strip has profile fastener opened by pressing force on the couple profile. The couple profile cooperates with the mechanism on the winding drums and a hose splitting device is installed behind the end winding in the area of the hose discharge web.
