<p>A heating element-welding machine (10) comprising a machine frame (16) provided with a work platform for holding a lower tool (18) which can be fitted with a receiving element (24) for a preform; a holder for an upper tool (20) which can be fitted with a receiving element (26) for a preform, said holder being displaceable in linear guides in a vertical direction; and a holder (38), which is arranged in the machine frame in such a way that it is horizontally and vertically displaceable therein in linear guides, for a heating element (22) formed by a base heating panel (22) and preformed fixtures (30;32) which are mounted on the upper and lower parts thereof and which are complimentary to the elements receiving the preforms in the associated tools. The tools (18;20) and the heating element (22), are provided with centering locking devices which can be engaged and disengaged by means of auxiliary force in a respective predefined desired orientation in relation to the machine parts which hold them. The locking devices enable the machine parts, which are joined together by means of said locking devices in order to form a tool sandwich (42), to become coupled to or to become decoupled from the respectively associated holders. The tools and the heating element and the respectively associated holders of the machine parts which are intended to secure the sandwich are respectively provided with couplings for pressure lines and underpressure lines for gaseous or liquid flow media or electric lines for supplying current to the heating element (22). Said couplings can be caused to engage or disengage, together with the parts of the sandwich (42) which can become coupled or decoupled with respect to the associated holders.</p> |
