<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk apparatus in which data can be recorded by optimum strategy in accordance with colors of a reflection layer of an optical disk. <P>SOLUTION: The optical disk apparatus 20 in which strategy at the time of write-in of data for the optical disk 21 is changed in accordance with a color of a protection layer of the optical disk 21 is provided with: a color confirming means 52 confirming a color of the protection layer of the loaded optical disk 21, a storing means 50 in which strategy of a plurality of patterns at the time of write-in of data for the optical disk 21, a strategy selecting means 54 selecting one strategy out of strategy of the plurality of patterns stored in the storing means 50 in accordance with a color of the protection layer of the optical disk 21 confirmed by the color confirming means 52, and a recording control means 56 recording data in the optical disk 21 based on strategy selected by the strategy selecting means 54. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
