<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reducing fuel electrode film simply. <P>SOLUTION: A film base material has a nickel oxide film formed on a gas-permeable base pipe, and a lanthanum manganate formed on the nickel oxide and decomposed by a reducing gas. The reducing gas is permeated into the film base material from within the base pipe to reduce the nickel oxide. Equilibrium oxygen partial pressure in the reductive reaction of the nickel oxide film is compared with that of the lanthanum manganate at a predetermined temperature. Accordingly, steam is introduced to produce the oxygen partial pressure so as to cause reductive reaction, and so as not to cause decomposition reaction, thereby adjusting the reductive atmosphere. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
