<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patent evaluation system enabling a person who does not have sufficient knowledge about patent application documents or the like to surely grasp which patent office prepares excellent patent application documents. <P>SOLUTION: In the patent evaluation system 100 adapted to input patent application document information Aj (j=1, 2 to je) to evaluate patent application documents, an evaluation point P of patent application document is a strict monotone function of evaluation element Fi, the total evaluation point VRK(j) of a patent application document j is calculated by the equation (1): VRK(j)=C1×RK1(j)+C2×RK2(j)+ to +Cie×RKie(j).
