<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a kit for promoting neovasculature in mammal tissue using a composition of autologous plethoric platelet plasma. <P>SOLUTION: The kit comprises a formulation for preparing the plethoric platelet plasma from the blood of a patient and a formulation for administering the plasma to an affected part needing neovasculature.
