摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new-character cell line transduced with a calcium channel, and to provide a high-efficiency method for retrieving a T-type &alpha;1H calcium channel inhibitor based on the cell line. <P>SOLUTION: The cell line is provided, being such that a vector containing a gene encoding a potassium channel is transduced into a cell expressing the T-type &alpha;1H calcium channel. The method for retrieving a T-type &alpha;1H calcium channel inhibitor using the cell line is also provided. The cell line is usefully usable for the high-efficiency retrieve of T-type &alpha;1H calcium channel inhibitor candidates, therefore the development of curatives for many diseases caused by the expression abnormalities of the T-type &alpha;1H calcium channel can be accelerated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
